Pawora offers free shipping on CloudDry orders unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary during weekends, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods and any estimated delivery information are shown at checkout for the destination you enter. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, local delivery conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a label is created.

International orders, duties, and taxes

Depending on the destination, local authorities or carriers may collect import duties, taxes, or fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started. For a package marked delivered but not received, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us if you still need help.
